I called York to find a certified repair service, which inturn led me to you. I figured at best it would be a couple of days before anyone could look at the unit and then I figured it would probably be a few more days for parts and the like. She was able to get David Mitchell out that very morning. David was pleasant as well, seemed very knowledgeable and above all helpful. He diagnosed the problems and corrected them in a short order. Luckily it was not a major component so we were back up and running before noon.
"I struggle trying to find competent repair services. As it turns out the past service done on one of my units left a lot to be desired once you looked inside the unit. I put a lot of faith in people when it comes to repair work only to be disappointed many times. That was certainly not the case today.
